Went in for a Oil change 7.45 was out by 8.15

I was charged for the diagnostic. Not happy about that. They said they were gonna do a full check on the car, but there were some things that they did not even mention, after the check that I had to bring to the attention, that I knew what was wrong. So I don’t feel that they did a full check. The good thing is that they addressed the things that I did make them aware of, and I appreciate that.

A nice place to have your car serviced

The service representative was good but he left before the service was completed. I had to ask, before the cars were taken to be washed which I later realized that they just got there, sprayed water on them & brought them back. Well, we still have to drive the cars to know if everything is good, if the tires were really rotated. Thanks

Went in for an oil change left with a new car. While I was waiting for my car I wondered around looking at new models and Dewan stopped and asked if I liked the Murano. I said sure but my lease wasn’t up yet. The rest is history. I left with a new Murano. Salesman, sales manager, finance officer were all good to work with. I actually enjoyed the friendly negotiations even though I know the dealer always wins. Even a couple of techs from service dept were helpful in figuring out why I couldn’t get the seat slide to work properly. My only complaint is whom ever prepped the car after my purchase did a very poor job. I had to spend an hour the next day cleaning the windows because someone had used a dirty rag and streaked something over the windows and smudged the control panels. Also the plastic ties were sticking up through the floor mat. Not a big deal but when I get into a new car I expect it to look new.
